You could try to open and Excel file, pull the data with ODBC, repeat for each company, you would need to move the pointer down to the last record before doing for next company so data ends up as one big table.

Are you filtering by date first?  I'd be concerned with Excel crashing with such a huge amount of data.

Typically I'd do something in SQL (or SQL Express for non-Premium systems) to consolidate the data, making the work in Excel a lot easier.

Not sure if we have ODBC.  We use a program called F9 which only allows us to pull in balances, but not all of the lines that are in the GL.

Yes, I forgot to add that I am filtering by date first. I am pulling the data in for a month at a time. 

F9 (an Excel plug-in with a version specifically for Sage 100) should have the ability to pull in data for multiple companies... but you'll have to seek help from them on how to do that.

Yes it does pull in multiple companies, but balances only.  Not line items like the GL reports

You may want to reach out to your Sage Partner on what you are trying to accomplish and see if they have some suggestions.

There may be some 3rd party add-ons for Sage 100 that can do what you would like.

Within Sage 100, you typically are not going to be able to export data from all the companies (or a group of companies) as structurally that data is in different locations. 

There are many ways to export data from Sage 100 and some are more manual than others but they usually require selecting 1 company at a time and there are some ways to automate this so you can run the export or report automatically.

-- You can use Visual Integrator (if you own this module) to export data to an Excel or .CSV file.

This can be automated in several ways including setting up a batch file to run the export or setting up a Task Scheduler task to run the export.

-- You can use Sage Intelligence to run reports (a replacement for F9 and other reporting tools).
