The cash receipts report (Under AR --> Reports) will show you all the discounts given to customers when they make payments. You can run that for any date range or customer range.

Are you interested in summary, line detail, or both?

If you are asking about being able to print customer price schedules, there is nothing in Sage for this.  You can only look at the raw data (IM_PriceCode) and interpret that manually.
