Are the data sheets and the charts on two separate worksheets and only the data worksheet is disributed? Or are you saying that the data and charts are on the same worksheet but the charts are not visible?

Yes - the data sheets are separate from the charts and only the data worksheets are distributed.

If you are using version 2014 you can set up your distribution list in Manage Instructions as an Excel Workbook you can select the box "Distribute each worksheet as separate documents". Setting up as .pdf will automatically select this box. Then when you select your distribution instruction you will see that there are individual worksheets you can select to send. In 2015 version the new Convert each worksheet to static values is an additional option to consider.

I can only select the sheets to distribute that have the data. It does not list the sheets that contain the charts to distribute. How can I get the chart sheets to distribute?

Solved - I inserted the charts as objects in the data worksheets and they I was able to distribute. Not as pretty - but it worked.
