Wanted to use BI Explorer but no data is showing up. I've used it before at another company. Is there a setup or permissions requirement?
Do you see task and options to the left?
If not, go to change user settings and toggle to classic mode. Exit. Log back in and go to change user settings and toggle back to standard mode. Exit. Log in and try explorer again.
Apparently that reset something in the user settings.

We are on Sage 100 Premium 2021 7.00.4.0 32 bit, so I don't have the option to change from Classic to Standard mode (though I did attempt a fix by changing Theme code with no effect). Any suggestions for how to reset user settings so that data populates in BI Explorer views?

Option II: Delete Damaged Registry Subkey
