It is really controlled by page setup within Crystal Reports.  Make sure you use the Zebra Label Printer and then set the page size to User Defined as shown below.  It sometimes take a little tweaking to make it work.  Hope this helps!

Your really best option is to use the software Bartender, the Enterprise Automation Edition.  You can connect to Sage 100 through ODBC and you design any type of label. Plus you can write a script to run the print job from inside of Sage 100 if you like.

Agreed!  Bartender is better for Zebra printers, labels and faster.

Kevin, YES!   I helped out a client and they have a button on the Item Maintenance screen where they can click the button and it will print out a label in Bartender!   I will have to look it up as it has been a while. You can Google.

Be sure to get the Enterprise Automation Edition, Unlimited Users, 3 or 5 Printers. Not all editions allow scripts and ODBC connection.

Here is one I had:
