You could create a custom employee lookup, set column size of employee # to 0 and add columns you need.  Use that lookup and export to Excel

I should have included this along with creating a Crystal report. They want the access database to be able to query the Sage tables without any manual intervention. From what I can tell, this isn't possible. It's sad because all they need is name, hire date and termination date. I'm not sure why the name is considered PII!

You could probably use a BOI script of some sort (instead of ODBC)... and I understand (through the 90-Minds group) that Dan Burleson has a technique which might work (but I have not tried it myself).
