We'd like our quotes to display the product codes hyperlinked to their associated webpage on our website.
Is there a way to do this with sage 100 and crystal reports? Seems like a very basic thing that should be doable.

I didn't try to export and email via paperless office. However, I was able to create a textbox configured as a hyperlink and it worked fine when manually previewing the sales order and exporting to PDF. I used the line item comment to store the hyperlink as a test, but the hyperlink can be stored in any field that is accessible to the work file in the Crystal Reports file. You may want to use a UDF to store the hyperlink.

Format the text object with a hyperlink and use the formula button to reference the hyperlink field.
This technique is exactly what I was referring to as non-functional through Paperless Office. (I believe we tested this in v2022 too, since we get this kind of question often). CR object hyperlinks don't make it into the PDF.
