Are you running the standard format? or a customized?  Most likely reason is that you are running a customized format and something was changed.    Try running standard format.

If you are comfortable with crystal reports you might use it to look and see if that field has somehow been suppressed.

If that doesn't work, a reinstall might be in order to recover the unmodified/uncorrupted format.

Is there a way I can re-run a report to check the report format option or can I only do that when a batch is closed?
