In Customer Maintenance, on the Main tab click Paperless. On the Paperless Office Delivery Options dialog select the Document (S/O Invoices, A/R Invoice). If an invoice PDF has a password it would have to be setup on this screen, check to see if the Password field is populated.

Oh Thank you SO much! There was a "Y" in the field. I must have somehow done that when I did the Visual Integrator import for the other emails. So I will just fix and redo the import. Thanks again!
