We have been having our Paperless Office P/O PDFs disappearing

I just looked at the list for a long-time vendor, and there's nothing before August 2015. Is there a setting that I can't find that is set wrong? Is there any way to recover anything that's lost?

Have you installed a Sage 100 upgrade recently? If so, was the upgrade in late July or August 2015?

No, we haven't. The upgrade we did was early 2015, I believe, to Sage 2015. We have a few POs from 2014 listed, but not nearly all that were created.

If you look in the folder containing the PDF's do you see files before that date?

Any possibility that you have people with security rights to delete files (either from windows level or from paperless office)?
