You could pull off the activity log, but I'm not sure it has log outs. You know about the system console, right? Where users can see that on a screen?

Yes, I am aware of the Console...however, I could not find in the ROLE MAINTENANCE section where I could grant someone access to "view only". Are you aware of where this permission exists? Thank you for your response!

Can you clarify what you mean by "view only"? Which screen do you want to assign view only access?

In other words, we would want to restrict user access to the Master Console - we would only want certain users to be able to "view" logged in users through the Master Console - not allow them to "kill" a task or user login. Hope that makes sense?

Thank you, but I cannot see where there is an option just to allow them to "view" the Master Console period. Right now, users cannot even access the Master Console. When they attempt to click on the icon for same, it tells them they do not have permission. We don't mind them being able to access the MC, we just don't want them to be able to perform any system shutdowns OR terminate any tasks. I hope this makes sense?

There is no Create/Modify/Remove/View option for Master Console under Tasks. They either have access or no access.
Under Security Events there is an option for Allow Users to Terminate Tasks in Master Console.
Under Module Options there is an Option for Allow User to Perform System Shutdowns.

I believe that if the user is given access under Role Maintenance, tab 1 tasks, Library Master, Misc. Tasks, Master Console but not given the user rights mentioned above, it will in essence be view only.
