Sage Force Closes without known cause

An end user has been reporting that the Sage software for her desktop has been stopping completely. This is not a new installation and she cannot determine the cause as it seems to happen almost randomly. The application will become unresponsive and then force-close without an error message. This also leaves no error message in the Windows Event Logs. We contacted Sage support and eventually reinstalled the application using their recommended methods. The crash still occurs. We are currently monitoring her network connectivity to see if that is the issue. The main problem is that we can't replicate the crash so we have no idea what may be causing it. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
