"Sage 100 has stopped working"- Windows 10

SOLVED

Getting an error message that Sage 100 has stopped working specifically when launching attachments in Sage. Only occurs on machines that have Windows 10 and Office 2016 installed. Issue doesn't occur on any of our Windows 7 machines that have office 2016 installed. 

Researched in the Knowledge-base and some articles that are similar state to run application as administrator. This doesn't fix the issue. Also logged into pc as admin and it still causing Sage to crash.

Any other ideas that I could try?

    Sorry for the delayed response! But that did not seem to be the problem. 

    Seems to be happening on all of our Windows 10 machines across the company. Specifically with Office 2016. Which right now we only have about 7 or so but all in different buildings and are all hooked up to different printers. Didn't see any invalid printers. 

    Any other ideas??
