Sales Order Entry Freezes when clicking accept.

Hello,

We have recently had many complaints about Sales Order Entry freezing when users click accept after creating a sales order. We plan on restarting the servers this weekend but I am not confident that this will resolve the issue. I have searched both sage city and the knowledgebase and have not found any promising solutions. Has anyone heard of this issue/have any ideas what may be causing this?

What version # are you on? Standard / Advanced / Premium? Do you have any customizations?

Might try a rebuild key files and sort files on S/O and A/R.

Sage CRM intregration with Sage 100 alone should not cause that long delay or freeze up - but if there was an issue with the Sage 100 integration with Sage CRM that could cause a delay as it tries to synchronize records between Sage 100 and Sage CRM (Order/Quotes, AR Customer changes, etc,). You might check the Sage 100 Activity Log for any errors around that time as well as the CRM Activity Log in Sage 100. And if Sage 100 Premium, you can check SQL error logs for any errors specific to SQL.
