Our users are getting new laptops on windows 10 and we are now experiencing this error. The issue is intermittent but seems to happen after periods of inactivity. Also, it seems to affect some users more routinely than others (one person gets it once an hour or so, another leaves hers open all the time and has only received this once ever). We've found many "solutions" on forums, but nothing has corrected the issue. Is there anything besides these solutions that can be tried?
- Fix user profile
- Delete SY_Console.m4T, SY_Activitylog.M4T and SY_Workstation.M4T
- Use UNC path in shortcut
- Change power management for disks not to allow driver to sleep
- Change power management for network adapter not to allow driver to sleep
- Run as admin
- Disable endpoint production
