The Crystal Reports Designer Install is not part of the workstation install.  The directions tell you to "start the Sage 100 Installation Program" (not the workstation programs).  From the Sage 100 Installation you can choose Productivity Applications and then Crystal Reports from that productivity applications sub-menu.  Or, look for the downloaded v2023 Installer files.  There is a Crystal 2020 folder, you can install Crystal Reports from that folder.  

I would not suggest following other links provided for Crystal Reports. 

Hi sageuser39684543 - I would like to second the motion from StefanouM regarding using the links sent by Nguessan Hampoh Claude Pascal BLA . Those might work for standalone Crystal Reports systems, and sometimes Sage does direct us to download patches or other programs from the Crystal/SAP website, but you need to remember that Sage sends us an OEM version of Crystal Reports which is specifically designed to work with Sage 100.

As an FYI, at least with the previous version of Crystal, you will want to disable WebRoot, if it's running, prior to installing the Crystal Designer. They don't like each other.

I agree completely that there is no need to go to any non-Sage website to get the correct CR installer.  The Sage 100 server install files include what you need for Crystal Reports designer.

(We typically install C.R. on the server, not a workstation, to prevent accidental clicks that can break customized system forms).
