I would like to know as well. So far my inquiries are ignored.

Especially in Terminal/RDP environments where resources must be tightly managed to provide users responsive systems.

Besides, ERP systems aren't clones of SMB  packages dashboard nonsense.

It will depend on version of Sage 100 but hopefully the information below is helpful.

From the Sage Knowledgebase (solution id 221924560117004) this discusses hiding Information Center:

This was a feature specific to the classic launcher, which was retired with the 2020 release.

 Although the Information Center can no longer be hidden, focus can be placed on a different page by the following steps:

1. Right-click within the Web Content section of the navigation pane of the Sage 100 launcher.
2. Click Edit Web Content then click New.
3. Enter the URL of the web page to be displayed.
4. Enter a Title.
5. Click OK to save the new link.
6. Click OK to exit the Web Content editor. The new link should appear in the Web Content section.
7. Click the new link.
8. The page of the new link should now have focus in the browser within Sage 100
   Note: Focus will persist to this page when exiting and relaunching Sage 100. Focus persists to the last selected tab in the Sage 100 browser.
