I have a client on Sage 100 2013 and we setup Multi-part printing for Invoices.

We cannot unselect the Collate box even after deleting Multi-part printing and reselecting Multi-part printing.

All Invoices with Shadow text 1 print first and then All Invoices with Shadow text 2 print.

Collate should mean Shadow text1, Shadow text2, Shadow text1, Shadow text2….    This is what we want.

Any ideas?
