Yes its True, have a customer that still uses a fax modem. Problem, just upgraded to V2018. Added the Fax Printer, but cant see it in Company Maintenance. Sees all of the other printers but not the fax printer.

They have upgraded from 2014 to 2017 Std. Prior to the upgrade, they could change the paper size to 11x8.5 during Invoice Printing and it would save that paper size the rest of the day. Now, once they print, it goes back to Letter size everytime. They…
