I process payroll for two different company on Sage 100 Standard 2016 (Version 5.30.3.0). I am receiving an error message on one company, but not the other as follows:
When accessing the Payroll Data Entry, I receive the following:
Record: is missing from PR6XXX.SOA
When trying to access Payroll Tax Calculation or the Payroll Data Entry Audit Report, I receive:
File PR_02XXX.SOA not found
When I processed payroll last month, I did receive the following message during the Check/Register Update:
Error #12: File does not exist (or already exists)
Program: SYINIT
I was able to move past it and complete payroll, and everything seemed okay. Now I seem to have more problems with just one company.
Any "Sage" advice on how to fix this?
