You need to call sage and report the issue.  Since it is a bug ask they make the case no charge

I looked at code and tested and it is working for me.  In the pay cycle do you have the correct pay period entered? It checks DeductionFrequencyPayPeriodX from deduction code table, where X is the pay period in the pay cycle.  If this value N, not selected in deduction code maintenance, it should not automatically bring in the deduction.  You can still manually enter the deduction.

Ahhh, that was the problem!  I think maybe before the updates, it changed that deduction period automatically because it always worked and we didn't change anything.  Now it defaults to period 1, and I never noticed it.  Thanks for your help!!!
