Employee Paperless office password

We typically set the social security number as the password without a problem and have been able to correct any issues with their passwords in the past.

I currently have one employee that has the right social entered, but still cannot open her pdf to view her stubs. I have tried to change to see I can open them and I'm unable to do so either.

What could be causing the password to not register correctly?

    I was able to locate where this is. I believe it does work, but not sure what it will do to all employees who are without problem. I certainly hesitate to create a mess for so many when only having an issue with one.

    Look at Knowledgebase Article 69065 which covers resetting the master password.  I don't have any good ideas as to why 1 employee is having trouble.  I suggest posting in the technical thread, since this issue is technically a paperless office issue, not payroll.
