Missing Work Ticket

Missing Work Ticket: Work Ticket shows on WIP Reconcilliation and Work Ticket Inquiry but cannot be found on Work Ticket Entry and PO's cannot be linked to it. Where is it?

It is probably in work ticket history. Is it a closed work ticket?

We rebuilt the work ticket header file manually. Copied a similar one edited it as needed. Work Ticket Header files are randomly deleted by Sage 100 if a blank header file is randomly created. Not sure how it decides which work ticket header to delete or how the blank header files are created.
