Payroll v2020

Question

I saw this announcement below: 
 Starting January 1, 2024, Sage 100 will only support versions 2021, 2022, and 2023 for our Sage Accountants Network (SAN) members and Partners. This means that if you are currently using Sage 100 version 2020, you will begin to receive a subscription expired message on January 1, 2024 when accessing Payroll. 
 Does anyone know if regular customers on v2020 w/payroll who are not part of SAN will receive that subscription expired message as well? I'm in the process of upgrading a customer from 2020 to 2023 with payroll and we will not go live until mid to late Jan 2024. We just want to make sure they will still be able to process their Jan 2024 payrolls on v2020.

Does anyone know if regular customers on v2020 w/payroll who are not part of SAN will receive that subscription expired message? No, this only pertains to accountants in the SAN ( Sage Accountants Network ) with an internal use version of Sage 100, where they have a subscription for their office. 
 End users must have an active subscription to Sage 100 and Payroll and be on at least Sage 100 2020.x to install the latest Payroll 2.24.0 . 
 Note: Users on Sage 100 2020.0 to 2020.6 (ONLY) should also install Sage 100 2020.0-2020.6 Program Fix CI6200T , which addresses an issue that occurs when Sage 100 users attempt to run Aatrix forms. Customers receive error 15 CI_eFilingCommon.pvc 247.
