Vacation accrual not selected but accrues anyway

Sage 100 2014 Payroll

Earnings code maintenance, Code 01 Regular,  is checked to accrue Sick Leave only but Vacation accrues as well.

Payroll Options->Additional->Allow Benefit Accruals From: is set to Periodic Accrual & Data Entry.

What I want Sage to do is accrue sick via data entry(this is working) and only accrue Vacation via Period End->Periodic Benefit Accrual.

In Setup->Benefit Schedule Maint->Vacation is set to Accrual Method 'Check' with a Fixed Benefit Rate.
