Do you have a Sage partner to ask?  There are many variables.  Whether your approval workflows are sophisticated, whether you start with PO's for your raw materials / items you sell or if we're just talking about expenses.  We've worked with Altec, which does it all.  Sage AP Automation is out, but can't do everything yet.  ACOM EZCM is good.  We've built integrations for bill.com and maybe concur, I think.  

Yes, we are discussing it w/ them, but I was hoping to get feedback from end users. I saw an online review on accident looking for Altech's website stating it was glitchy w/ Dynamics GP, which prompted this post. We are mainly wanting it to control our approval chain (not that complicated but multiple business segments between 2 legal entities) and OCR data entry.

Thank you for the recommendation! I just emailed our Sage consultant about this along w/ my Altech questions. Have you used this and is this a newer product of Sage?

Sage AP Automation is the whitelabel for BeanWorks. It only recently became integrated for Sage customers.  I believe one remaining task it has yet to accomplish is partially receiving PO's.  but it's really slick and easy to use.
Altec is the deluxe solution that does everything you want, more than anything else, and it costs more, accordingly.  ACOM is kind of in the middle.

Gotcha - we are small enough to get away w/ not having a traditional PO system. The main things we are trying to approve is the approval process and eliminate data entry. After reading those handouts it appears to be able to do that.
