AP Automation

Has anybody had success automating their AP through a 3rd party solution? We are currently looking at Altech DocLink to do the data entry and help control/oversee approvals more efficiency. However, I'm hoping to get some feedback from Sage 100 users who have successfully (or unsuccessfully) been able to automate their AP w/ this solution or another solution?

    Do you have a Sage partner to ask?  There are many variables.  Whether your approval workflows are sophisticated, whether you start with PO's for your raw materials / items you sell or if we're just talking about expenses.  We've worked with Altec, which does it all.  Sage AP Automation is out, but can't do everything yet.  ACOM EZCM is good.  We've built integrations for bill.com and maybe concur, I think.

    Yes, we are discussing it w/ them, but I was hoping to get feedback from end users. I saw an online review on accident looking for Altech's website stating it was glitchy w/ Dynamics GP, which prompted this post. We are mainly wanting it to control our approval chain (not that complicated but multiple business segments between 2 legal entities) and OCR data entry.
