Sage City MFA Code - every couple of weeks - what does the "Remember me on this browser" check box do?

So, I'm glad I no longer have to login twice, with 2 different credentials, but this new MFA Code system is only a little better. So far since 12/28 I have been asked to enter a new code 5 times, which averages out to about once a week. What is the point of the remember me on this browser if it doesn't? Browser is Chrome, if it matters. No, haven't cleared out the cache or anything like that.

We can check with the Sage ID team to see if they have any ideas or suggestions, but from your description it does sound like it could be a caching issue, so I would try clearing the cache and maybe restarting your computer if you haven't in awhile to see if that helps.

Thanks Derek,

Got the prompt again on Monday, 2/14, so cleared the cache (Chrome) and logged in. We'll see how many days that lasts.
