I did find it in Recap so what is my next move to get it "unstuck" if you will...  Change the status, right not its set at "Z" 

If it is not in the live tables or SO history, just delete the SO_SalesOrderRecap record.

Oh if I delete in Recap will it delete the order and we will need to recreate??

Sage prevents you from re-using SO#, even if you create then immediately delete it.  If the SO exists, don't manually delete anything.  Only if you don't have the SO# anywhere (not in the live tables, or history tables) you can remove the record in that table to unlock the SO# for use.
