Invalid or Redundant Input/Output on item history recalc

In Sage 100 Advanced, 2022 changed the item history from based on fiscal year to calendar year and then ran the Item History Recalculation.  It starts and runs and then returns the following error message.

Error 32, Invalid or redundant Input/output Option  Program: CI_Costrecalc_Upd.pvc Statement 1161 Class CI_CostCalc_upd Method ProcessTranForItemHistory

have run the IM_CommitCheckClear_utl and the IM_ClearCCommitDataEntry_utl

I'm getting this same issue when trying to run the Recalc Item History today for a client.  I have already run the Cost Commit Utilities and the Balancing Utilities.  Did you find out what was causing the issue or next steps?

Cause: Scanco P/M or O/M was activated at one time, which created older "JI" Inventory Transactions, but since Sage P/M is not installed, Sage 100 displays error message when encountering these older "JI" Inventory Transactions.

Sage will correct this issue on a future release, but the workaround when encountering this issue, when changing from Fiscal to Calendar Year, will either be to install Sage P/M, or purge History when "JI" Inventory Transactions were used.

helper This does not apply to my client situation.  My client uses JobOps and should have JT Transactions.  This problem did not exist in v2016 prior to the upgrade, we tested changing items to Standard Cost in v2016; no issue.  Now on v2022, they are having the error when recalculating item history, or running the item valuation change (which re-runs the recalc) since upgrading to v2022.  Installing PM is not an option, they have JobOps (OM).

STEFANOUM - your issue may not be exactly the same as BIGLOUIE, but it is related to Sage 100 PM not being installed. You stated in a prior post you had a support ticket for your issue - The case you provided didn't come up for us. Please provide the case number again - I assume some numbers may have been transposed. This is still an issue we are investigating and want to make sure we include your scenario as we come up with a resolution.
