The program name referenced in the error appears to be part of an enhancement.  If you run the Installed Modules Listing from the Library Master Reports menu, it should show the name of the development partner company that created the enhancement.  You should reach out to your reseller or to the developer that created the enhancement for assistance with this error.

I think 519 is ScanForce (AKA: Business Computer Associates).

The error is in a custom program installed on your system. SO_CommonEntryDetail_519sc.pvc is a modification from Business Computer Associates.
