Full Inventory Inventory List w/filters

Hello fellow Sagers!

Happy Holiday's or Merry Christmas! I need a report that shows all inventory items WITH "Inventory Cycle" and "Active/Inactive" status displayed. I have years of incorrect inventory items/status modifications that were entered and now I must clean it up. They were done in a very hurried and unfocused way and those responsible are no longer with the company and clearly can't assist. Our last inventory count was 87 pages of which only 12-14 pages worth of items were physically counted; a huge waste of paper and very inefficient way to do the inventory.

I have spent the last couple of weeks "clicking" through all items in "Item Maintenance" and looking at the active/inactive status as well as the Inventory Cycle so I can modify as it should have been done  years before...there MUST be a better way!!

How can I export a report of the full inventory list that includes Active/Inactive status and Inventory Cycle Code?

Thank you in advance!

In Item Maintenance, you can do a custom lookup that includes those fields (Cycle Count Value and Inactive Yes/No Value).  From the lookup screen you can export to excel.  If you are planning to change the values in the excel file you then need to write a visual integrator import to refresh the values from the excel document into the item master.  I would suggest you work with your Sage 100 Consultant or your Reseller of Record for assistance in importing data to the item maintenance data table.

Hello SAGE fren, thank for replying. I have been using SAGE for three years and still can BARELY use it. I believe I did what you suggested and did not have the result I was hoping for. The images you will see are, CUSTOM LOOK UP, initial box/window for customizing filters, FIELDS, showing the different filed to choose, and RESULT, the result of my choices.

I don't need to import anything back in, only export to work with the date but MUST include, "Active/Inactive, Inventory Cycle"
