You ae looking at two different things. The top one shows you a inventory adjustment transaction and the other shows the quantity on hand.

When I see a discrepancy in the "Total Quantity" I start with the Library Master Utility to rebuild sort files.  I would suggest rebuilding PM (if applicable); PO, SO and IM.  https://us-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=222924250017929&page=1&position=1&q=rebuild%20sort%20files If that does not resolve your issue, you can contact your Sage 100 Consultant/Reseller or with Sage Support.  

Sometimes the TotalQOH in the CI_Item file gets out of whack from the total of the IM_ItemWarehouse file.  I have not found a utility to fix that - I have had to go into Data File Display and Maintenance to fix.  (The field is also not available for importing into using VI.)

File - Run - *UTL: Balance Inventory Quantity and Cost.

This utility compares CI_Item, IM_ItemWarehouse, IM_ItemCost (for cost tier based valuations) and item transaction history... looking for inconsistencies.  ALWAYS run this in a test company first.  There is no undo, and be sure to read / follow the pop-up instructions fully.

Take a full backup before running this too!!!
