Is there any way to show the FIFO cost tiers of an item during Sales Order entry?
Not directly. FIFO cost tiers are not even set within the invoice, until you print the Sales Journal.
You can right-click the ItemCode and open Item Maintenance/Inquiry, then view the Cost Detail tab …

You can right-click the ItemCode and open Item Maintenance/Inquiry, then view the Cost Detail tab (which shows the cost tiers)... but there is no pre-allocation possible for FIFO. If you want / need that, switch to Lot valuation.
