Find it quickly on the new Sage Knowledgebase

We’re excited to announce that we’ve put the finishing touches on the Sage support Knowledgebase (http://support.na.sage.com). Now all customers have access to our enhanced knowledgebase that provides improved search and filtering to help them access the information and articles they need more easily. New features include the following:

  • Easier information access. We’ve made it easier to find the topics you’re looking for quickly so you can get back to doing what you love.
  • Logon access for a more personalized experience based on the products owned. Customers can create an easily accessible “My Products” list, bookmark favorite articles, and save common searches.
  • “Guided search”—Answer questions based on common scenarios to find solutions.
  • An expanded Sage product list—Browse through the complete Sage product list to research articles on any Sage product by version.

And don’t forget that with a single search customers can access product documentation and other resources to help them get the most out of their Sage products. Use of the 24/7 Knowledgebase can also be used to access additional support features, such as:

  • Tax update links.
  • Support resources, including featured and most popular Knowledgebase articles, which can also be shared by email or social media.
  • Article ratings as created by our customers.

Log in using your Sage Customer Portal or Partner Portal credentials (usually your email/password)
