With the re-vamp of Sage’s Knowledgebase, the way you would download the latest Sage 300 ERP Tax Updates has changed slightly. This blog post will outline how to find them on http://support.na.sage.com/
When a tax update becomes available, please login to your Sage Support Knowledgebase account. It should be the same login credentials that you were using for the Customer/Partner Portal.
Once you’ve logged in, under My Products, click on Sage 300 ERP:
The latest Tax Updates should be listed under What’s Popular:
If not, you can scroll down to the Support Resources Center and then click on Sage 300 ERP downloads and updates:
Under Description, click on Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) Downloads:
You will then be brought to this screen (you will need to scroll down to see this section):
Alternatively, you can search for your appropriate Tax Update if you are entitled to them in http://support.na.sage.com/. For example, if you are based in Canada and have Sage 300 ERP 2012, you would want to enter the following in the Search Field: January 1, 2014 Canadian Tax Update:

After finding your appropriate payroll tax update, the process to install it remains the same as outlined in the video below (the install process starts at around the 2:25 mark):
