Every week, if available, we summarize all the recently released HotFixes for Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) that you can download.

If you are in AR Customer Inquiry in Sage 300 ERP 2012, we have noticed that the document total is calculated using multiply instead of divide as the rate of operations. KB article 25133 has steps to replicate the issue as well as the hotfix to resolve it.

Error: "Sage 300 ERP UI Container has encountered a problem" occurs when saving a Timecard

In Sage 300 ERP 2012, when trying to save a Timecard under Payroll Employees (US/Canadian Payroll modules), you will see this error:

to resolve this issue.

Chinese characters cannot be displayed correctly if Microsoft Windows operating system's Region and Language Format setting is configured to use English

When in Sage 300 ERP 2012, we’ve noticed that Chinese characters cannot be displayed correctly on either the text fields or language overlay. This occurs when the Microsoft Windows operating system Region and Language Format setting is configured to use English. To resolve this issue, download the hotfix found in KB article 24626.

Thai language not saved or displayed correctly in Finders after applying Product Update 2 (PU2)

We’ve noticed that after applying Sage 300 ERP 2012 Product Update 2 (PU2), Thai language is not saved or displayed correctly in Finders. You will find the hotfix for this issue in KB 24128.

Error: "Internal Error: field number is out of range” when increasing segment length for an account

If you are using Sage Accpac ERP 5.6, we have found when using Account Code Change, the following error may be received when increasing the segment length for an account:

"Internal Error: field number is out of range"

A HotFix is available to resolve this issue. Alternatively, you can search for KB article 27575 at https://support.na.sage.com

Manufacturer item UOM is not displayed in the Shipment Entry or Credit Entry windows

There seems to be an issue in Sage 300 ERP 2012 where the manufacturer item UOM (in Inventory Control) is not being displayed in the Shipment Entry or Credit Note Entry window in Order Entry. KB article 25880 contains the hotfix that resolves the issue as well as steps to replicate the error.

Error: “Crystal Reports Error: Attempted to read or write protected memory" message when printing invoices to email

In Sage 300 ERP 2012, you will receive the following error when printing invoices or statements to email:

Description: Crystal Reports Error: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
