HotFix 210-1002820 – Slow Performance is Returned When Printing Reports in Sage 300 ERP 2012
We have discovered that users in Sage 300 ERP 2012 may experience slow performance when printing. The HotFix provided addresses the amount of time between clicking on the screen print button and the Crystal report viewer displaying with the first page is significantly longer in Sage 300 ERP 2012 when compared to Sage ERP Accpac 6.0.
However, the HotFix does not address the following:
• Clicking on the print button (which displays the list of printers) from preview screen is slow.
• Printing is slow when you are using third-party applications. Please test without the third-party applications in case they are affecting the performance.
• The delay is confined to a single report.
• The delay in the print preview being displayed is not consistent among several reports in different modules and company databases.
Please note the HotFix files are edition specific (e.g. if you have 100 (Standard) edition select the hotfix files from the 100 folder). Details are provided in the readme file in the HotFix.
HotFix 210-1005520 – The Item Wizard does not show Vendor Details when selecting existing items Inventory Control
If you are in Sage 300 ERP 2012 or Sage ERP Accpac 5.6, you have noticed when in Inventory Control that the Item Wizard does not show Vendor Details when selecting existing items.

HotFix 210-1005534 – Slow Performance when opening the Reconcile Statement Screen
If you are in Sage 300 ERP 2012 you may have noticed that there is a long delay in displaying the Reconcile Statements screen after clicking the Reconcile Statement icon. In the reported case, the records in the database show less than 20000 records:
• BKTRANH : 6534 records
• BKTRAND : 11673 records
The HotFix in 210-1005534 will resolve this issue.
HotFix 210-1005276 – UI container error while printing the G/L posting journal
If you are using the General Ledger module in Sage 300 ERP 2012, you may have received the following error when try to print the G/L posting journal:
Sage Accpac UI Container has encountered a problem and needs to close.
HotFix 210-1005276 addresses this issue.

HotFix 210-1005679 - New .TAB Format is required for the Pennsylvania Electronic Reporting for Unemployment Compensation Wage and Tax Data
We have a HotFix for those in the state of Pennsylvania using Sage 300 ERP US Payroll 6.0. Recently enacted legislation adjusts the specifications for the Pennsylvania Electronic Reporting for Unemployment Compensation Wage and Tax Data. There is a new .TAB file required with the Original FTP or Original File Upload submission. Please note: US Payroll 6.0A PU3 and UT60N Tax Update must be installed before applying this fix.
