Every week, if available, we summarize all the recently released HotFixes for Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) that you can download.

Ontario Payroll Tax Table Changes as of September 1, 2014

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has published a September 1, 2014 version of the Ontario payroll tables to incorporate proposed increases to personal income tax rates tabled in the Ontario budget on July 14, 2014. As the proposed changes are retroactive to January 1, 2014, the revised tables will reflect the necessary prorated tax rates to allow employers to withhold the correct additional amounts from employees between September and the final pay of 2014. The changes to the tables apply to employees who earn more than $150,000 in 2014.

KB article 45525 “Ontario Payroll Tax Table Changes as of September 1, 2014” is where you can find the links for the hotfix for Sage 300 ERP version 2014, 2012 and 6.0.

Reports do not print to selected printer

This is not so much a hotfix but an issue that you should be aware of. You may have noticed that some reports may not print to the selected printer and the report job is not even visible in the print spooler. But it does work if you select a different printer.

The cause is if the selected printer has a name that exceeds 31 characters. Please note that Sage 300 ERP does not recognize any printer names that has more than 31 characters. KB 45823 “Reports do not print to selected printer” has full details as well as steps to resolve the issue.

Item Number Changer does not update item pricing details during combine process [2012]

We have found that the Item Changer does not update the item pricing details (ICPRICP) table when running a combine process. This issue is seen in both Sage 300 ERP version 2012 and 2014. We do have a hotfix for version 2012 but there is no hotfix available for version 2014. Check our Twitter feed (@Sage300ERPCS) and the Sage 300 ERP Sage City Community for when a hotfix for version 2014 will be available.

Error: "Invalid export options" message when exporting a report to an email

When exporting a report to email, you may see the following message:

“Invalid export options”

The HotFix for this issue can be found by downloading and applying the Cumulative fix for printing reports [2012].
