Tax updates are available!

For all Sage Business Care customers, the following tax updates are available for Sage 300 Payroll:

  • U.S. Payroll Product Update Q4 2015 (7.2D)
  • Canadian Payroll Product Update January 1, 2016 (7.2D)

Important information
Sage 300 Payroll 7.2 is the only supported version for year-end 2015. Tax updates are not available for earlier versions of Payroll.

If you have not upgraded to version 7.2, you must upgrade to continue receiving tax and product updates for Payroll.

Download
To download the tax updates from the Sage Knowledgebase:

  1.  Log in to the Sage Knowledgebase as follows:
    1. Go to https://support.na.sage.com.
    2. Click Log on in the upper right corner of the page.
    3. Enter your Customer Portal Username and Password.
    4. Click Log on.
  2. Download the appropriate update from the Sage Knowledgebase:

How do I get technical support for Sage 300?

  • For those of us using My Workforce Analyzer, this thread needs more prominent placement.  I've been searching for two days for the MWA update and just happened to stumbled upon this thread.  I have to say that even though Sage Support has gone through a little bit of an overhaul, it really isn't very user friendly.  Even now if I try to search for the update to My Workforce Analyzer referenced in the 22-Dec-2015 release notes, the only result I am offered is to download Sage ERP 2016.  Why doesn't the separate install noted in KB 68956 show up in my search?  Without seeing this thread, I wouldn't have even known about KB 68956.

  • Hi Marisa, can you comment on when the updates to My Workforce Analyzer will be available? The release notes for this tax update state

    "The following new features and improvements are included with this update to My Workforce Analyzer. Filing ACA Forms with Sage Payroll Tax Forms and eFiling by Aatrix

    This release includes the new Sage Payroll Tax Forms and eFiling by Aatrix....."

    However, no such updates to MWA are included in the install shield. Without this update there is currently no way to access the 2015 forms either.
