New database cannot activate in Sage 300 ERP 2023 with Product Update 1

Computer operating system version MS Windows 11

Display the following message creating the new company.

'User input email password cannot be blank'

'Cannot activate common services data'

Does anyone has any solutions?

There's a Knowledge Base article with suggested workaround whilst issue is being investigated as well as another discussion here.
