Running 300 ERP web deployment from IE11 for the first time and receiving  error message "An add-on for this website failed to run".  The only add-on listed is "Java(tm) Plug-In 2 SSV Helper". 

The Welcome screen states:

If this is the first time you are opening a Sage 300 ERP company database from your browser, you must download Web Client Setup files.  (Click the Help button for instructions.)

However, nothing happens when the Help button is clicked.  What are the "Web Client Setup files" and where can they be accessed?

And/or is there another problem????

By the way: Sage desktop works fine and he IIS has been properly configured.  The sageweb user is a member or  IIS_IUSERS, DIST. COM, Domain Admin.  Additionally, sageweb has full security rights to the the application and data file sub-directories.
