We were really hoping to stick with a 2008 box for the Accpac install. Did we miss our window of using 2008 by a version or two or are we long done with those versions?
We're also looking at the possibility of using server 2016. Is there any chance for a typical timeline or expected support for 2016?
We have a Virtual Host.And Wwe would like to set up a Database Server with a 2012 Operating System to Host Microsoft SQL 2012. We want to set up an Application\Terminal Server with 2008 R2 as the OS. As you know 2012 is a significant different look and feel and there would be a large learning curve. In our environment, all users access Sage 300 using an RDP to the application server. Is it an acceptable setup?
