Recently upgraded from v60 to v62 su3.  Have many crystal reports and modified forms.  When running modified report or form from Accpac am getting 'use integrated security' check box, uncheck box, click finish and the report/form  runs correctly.  All standard Accpac forms and reports work without the message.  We're using server 2012r2 sql 2012 ptf3.  SQL DB's are setup with mixed authenication

I apologize if this has been answered already, I am not able to find the answer.  Tried Google but got what seemed to be conflicting answers.
