GL Trial Balance Missing Figures

After posting a Take-on Opening Balances, a Trial Balance was printed, and the total appears to be far less that the posted batch totals. There is no error reported during posting of the batch and all entries in the batch have been posted and a posting journal confirms it.

What could be causing these differences and how can I rectify the problem?

Hello Guys,
After visiting the Client to understand the real issue, I discovered that some accounts had multiple transactions posted to them and these resulted in offsets; and the Trial Balance only shows net balances and not full transactions. Therefore, there are no technical issues with the data.
