AR Invoice 4651.63 | Balance = +4651.63

Credit Note -4651.63 | Balance = 4651.63 - 4651.63 = 0

Debit Note +0.47 | Balance = 0 + 0.47 = +0.47

~ Current Balance = 0.47

Looks OK to me but I think you made a typo in your initial description as Vendor Activity shows the value of Credit Note S-CR+326014 as 4,651.63 not 4,652.10, therefore zeroing out the invoice then a Debit Note of 0.47 is applied.

I could be missing something though?  All the best.

No typo. Original invoice was 4651.73 and the credit note was 4652.10. That left an overcredit of 0.47 which was taken care of with the debit note. However, it shows all wonky as you can see.

Hi Darren Williams sorry to hear.  Hmmm.  Could you post a screenshot preview of an Aged Payables report with only that vendor selected with the applied details etc options ticked on?

As you can see here, the invoice matches the inquiry (0.47 owing), but if we look up the credit note it shows over applied. It has to be something in the way the user is entering these
