PA Local Services Tax

We are new to PA and trying to sort through the ACT 32 info. I have the local taxes but need help on the LST and only withholding $52/year. How are others setting this up? Thanks

Hi Chad,

For your question, go to the Local and Other Custom Taxes window, located in the Payroll Setup area. Enter the tax code and you will be able to enter an annual withholding amount. You then add this to the employee taxes tab.
