customer inquiry screen not working

My client has no problem searching in the customer screen, but cannot search in any way on the customer inquiry screen. Any ideas?

Huh? Your client doesn't know how to use the Finder?

Yes, finder works fine in the customer screen, but shows nothing in the customer inquiry screen.

Right-click on the icon and restore defaults.

We worked with Tech support and we had to restore each column individually.
