Getting a "Desktop not responding" Error

When we try to access any A/P reports, we get an error "Desktop not Responding".  We are running Sage 300 2016, on a Windows 10 workstation (fully patched).  The error only seems ot be happening in A/P or Aging reports.  I have looked online and tried some of the fixes they said may solve it with no luck.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
