Our client is now running on Sage 300 2018 PU2 with Peresoft and Technisoft add-ons also on newest builds etc. 

Users work from workstations installed on either Windows 7, 8.1 or 10.

Some users find that the system is not remembering their last choices for example choosing a custom PO form, next time they want to print it reverts back to the standard form. This happens on core as well as add on software.

And no users are not logging in as ADMIN, they have their own windows authenticated user they log in with.

It seems to be only a few users as others don't experience this issue regardless of OS running on workstation desktop.

Anyone else had this problem? Reinstalling workstation doesn't solve the issue.
